It shipped on time, and arrived a day early. I am very pleased with their craftsmanship, although the pictures do make them gems look bigger than they are. But overall great!

OMG I cannot sing enough praise about this ring and especially, the service I received from Rosado's Box. Seriously, their customer service is impeccable. I was a nervous wreck trying to plan my proposal to my wonderful girlfriend, who pinned this ring months ago. They assured me throughout the entire rush order process that my needs would be met but, they were exceeded! The packaging, the timing, the product, and the customer service all deserve 5 stars for sure. I will be perusing their store more often just because I would like to support such a great team!
