I have needed some repairs on the original ring several times, and the process to get it was extremely easy and at virtually no cost. Their jewelry is handcrafted and beautiful. I bought it to match a brushed gold engagement ring, and they brushed the yellow gold at no extra cost, and it matched beautifully. Shipping was fast, and the item was packaged nicely.
