I did not like the original floating style pendant as it feels a bit flimsy and the moissanite keeps pricking my skin. Breanne was very communicative and helpful with the suggestion of exchanging for a deeper bezel basket. The turnaround time is 3 weeks but it's worth the wait. The necklace looks perfect and sparkly!
