Winnifred I was unsure about ordering this wedding band , but after contacting the shop, I decided to take the plunge! They were extremely helpful and asked many questions in regards to the stone size and shape of my existing engagement ring, which is slightly smaller than the band specifications. They even had me send pictures in so they could properly understand what my ring looked like. Because my engagement ring stone is lower profile, the band ended up working pretty well.
They also accept returns with standard sizes, so I felt relived that I could send it back if it really didn't end up working.
Really appreciated the customer service and attentiveness I received.

Juana All I can say is WOW. Customer service beyond compare. Quality UNMATCHED! This ring is so well made and beautiful and the packaging is to die for !!!!! Love love love defiantly recommend

Vanessa I couldn't recommend Rosados Box more! It's my first time ordering jewellery online and they couldn't have been more reassuring and helpful. They sent multiple pictures of the ring I was ordering and how it fit with other rings, which helped me to make my decision. My ring arrived quickly and was exactly what I was expecting (although I know that I could have used their returns period if it was not right). I love it and can't wait to wear it every day.
