Rush Production (Standard Projects)

We lovingly ask for a 2–3 week timeframe to complete your order, but we understand that life can be full of surprises! If you need your item sooner, we offer an expedited service to have your piece shipped within 10 business days or less (excluding weekends and holidays) for a rush fee of $125.00.

If your order includes engraving, please allow one additional business day for a total rush timeline of 11 days. Please note that items requiring 4–6 weeks to create are not eligible for rush service due to their intricate designs.

This rush fee helps cover the overtime hours our team and bench jeweler dedicate to ensuring your piece is crafted with care and delivered on time.

To help us fulfill your rush request properly, please include the following in your order notes:

1. Your needed arrival date

2. Your original invoice number (if the rush fee isn’t purchased with the item)

3. A reliable contact number for delivery – this is required by our insurance provider to ship your order

Please note:

• All rushed orders are non-refundable

• Non-customized items under standard rush production are eligible for exchange only
