We lovingly ask for a 2–3 week timeframe to complete your order, but we understand that life can be full of surprises! If you need your item sooner, we offer an expedited service to have your piece shipped within 10 business days or less (excluding weekends and holidays) for a rush fee of $125.00.
If your order includes engraving, please allow one additional business day for a total rush timeline of 11 days. Please note that items requiring 4–6 weeks to create are not eligible for rush service due to their intricate designs.
This rush fee helps cover the overtime hours our team and bench jeweler dedicate to ensuring your piece is crafted with care and delivered on time.

Though the lack of return allowance is stringent, and its not immediately apparent without some reading of their return policy, it is fair. They were actually got the ring to me a day earlier than they said they would.

It's beautiful and VERY sparkly. I honestly can't help but stare at it. I feel like 2 carats is a good size although sometimes I do feel like it's a little big. I ordered a size 7 and have always been a size 7 ring... it's a little big for me so I will have to get it resized. Recommend measuring your finger before you order! BreAnne was such a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. I recommend!

I saw this on Pinterest & knew this was The One! I tracked it down on Etsy & got my husband to buy it. I wear it everyday & I love it! It is the only accessory I wear everyday. I can't say enough good things about the Rosados Box team. They not only got my ring shipped out exactly by the date I gave them, they were willing to work delivery around my wacky work schedule so I would be home to sign for the package. Also, when I mentioned how excited I was about the ring (I maybe sent them a lot of messages following up with its progress ;)), Amanda sent me a handful of finished product photos without my even asking for them! How sweet is that?
And this ring, you guys? What a stunner. Amazing detail, high quality stone and gold. Petite and dainty, but still super sparkly, exactly what I was looking for in an anniversary ring. Thank you, Rosados Box team, for another spectacular transaction.

I love my engagement ring!!! Everyone we dealt with at Rosado's box was very helpful. They provided us with a link to track the progress of the ring from the time the order was received until it was shipped. I received an email with several pictures of the completed ring before it was shipped. We did pay for expedited shipping since we ordered the ring on December 9th and we're getting married on January 6th 2016. We received the ring on Christmas Eve and couldn't be happier with the experience!
